Before you start, read the competition rules:

1The project must be an AI Agent meeting all 4 conditions: takes a goal, uses 2+ external tools, does a real action, and asks for human approval before important decisions.
2Teams of 2 to 4 members including the leader; at least one member has an active IEEE membership.
3Regular bachelor's or diploma students this semester (at Jordanian universities or as international participants); each student joins one team only.
4One track only. The project is original and built during the competition.
5Data is open official, synthetic, or anonymized with written consent — no personal data.
6Deadlines are strict. No late submissions.
