Each team picks ONE track and chooses its own problem inside it.

  The medicine chain from warehouse to patient: stock, demand forecasting, expiry tracking and pharmacy operations.

  Track rule: No medical advice, dosage or drug substitutes without a licensed pharmacist.

  Example problems

  • Manage a pharmacy's stock, forecast monthly demand and prepare the warehouse order automatically.
  • Early alerts for medicines close to expiry, with redistribution suggestions.
  • Schedule dispensing for chronic patients and follow up on adherence.
  • Unify medicine data arriving in different formats from several systems into one database.

  Efficient use of energy and resources, and a smaller environmental footprint.

  Example: Energy efficiency for a building or facility: monitor loads, suggest actions, run the approved ones.

  Example problems

  • Assess a solar system's feasibility for a site and prepare a first study.
  • Organize waste collection, sorting and recycling, and connect producers with processors.
  • Track the carbon footprint of a facility or supply chain and issue regular reports.

  Financial services, microfinance and digital payments — the final financial decision always stays human.

  Track rule: No real transactions, no lending decisions, no real personal financial data.

  Example problems

  • Help small businesses organize accounts, reconcile payments and prepare reports.
  • Prepare a microfinance application, check it's complete and follow its stages.
  • Detect suspicious or inconsistent patterns in synthetic transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints: classify, route and close them with replies in Arabic.
• 04Small & Medium Businessesالمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة

  Help business owners run their day-to-day work, save time, cut mistakes and serve customers better.

  Example: Shops, restaurants, home businesses and service companies repeat a lot of manual work: answering messages, logging orders, tracking stock and appointments.

  Example problems

  • An agent that understands a customer's request across several steps, plus automation that links the tools: log the order, send the confirmation, update the stock.

  Smart tools to prepare for crises, organize the response while they happen and follow up afterwards.

  Track rule: Fully civilian and humanitarian. Sensitive decisions stay with the responsible official.

  Example problems

  • Floods, fires, wide power cuts, or anything that needs fast coordination between several parties: gather information, set priorities, distribute resources.
  • An agent that understands reports, analyzes information and suggests next steps, plus automation that sends alerts, updates records and routes requests.
